Subscription Terms & Conditions

Please review these Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data, as well as your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms. 1. Monthly Subscriptions 10 Count

Monthly Subscription (also referred to as “Subscription”) consists of an initial bag of Gummies containing 10 gummies  (also referred to as “Bag,” “Subscription bag” or “Lifestyle Bag”) and an additional Bag sent out monthly thereafter— Your card will be authorized for $9.95 for the first month once to confirm your card then you will be charged $16.95 monthly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your product ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $16.95 at the time of shipment for each bag. Your subscription will automatically renew each month. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

2. Monthly Subscriptions 60 Count

Monthly Subscription (also referred to as “Subscription”) consists of an  initial  bottle containing 60 gummies (also referred to as “Bottle” “Subscription Bottle” or “Lifestyle Bottle”)and an additional Bottle sent out monthly thereafter— Your card will be authorized for $19.95 for the first month once to confirm your card then you will be charged $29.95 monthly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your product ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $29.95 at the time of shipment for each bag. Your subscription will automatically renew each month. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

3. Quarterly Subscriptions 10 Count

Quarterly Subscription (also referred to as “Subscription”) consists of an 3 initial bag’s of Gummies containing 10 gummies per bag (also referred to as “Bag,” “Subscription bag” or “Lifestyle Bag”) and an additional 3 Bag sent out quarterly thereafter— Your card will be authorized for $29.95 for the first quarterly subscription to confirm your card then you will be charged $29.95 quarterly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your product ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $29.95 at the time of shipment for each quarterly subscription Your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

4. Quarterly Subscriptions 60 Count

Quarterly Subscription (also referred to as “Subscription”) consists of an  initial 3 bottle’s containing 60 gummies per bottle (also referred to as “Bottle” “Subscription Bottle” or “Lifestyle Bottle”) $59.95 for the first month once to confirm your card then you will be charged $59.95 monthly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your product ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $59.95 at the time of shipment for each quarterly subscription Your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

5. Six Monthly ( half year) Subscriptions  10 Count

6 Month Subscription (also referred to as “Subscription”) consists of an 6 initial bags of Gummies containing 10 gummies per bag (also referred to as “Bag,” “Subscription bag” or “Lifestyle Bag”) and an additional 6 Bag sent out every 60 months thereafter— Your card will be authorized for $59.59 for the first quarterly subscription to confirm your card then you will be charged $59.95 every 6 months (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your product ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $59.95 at the time of shipment for each quarterly subscription Your subscription will automatically renew every 6 months. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

7. Quarterly Subscriptions 60 Count

6 Month Subscription (also referred to as “Subscription”) consists of an  initial 6 bottle’s containing 60 gummies per bottle (also referred to as “Bottle” “Subscription Bottle” or “Lifestyle Bottle”) $119.95 for the first month once to confirm your card then you will be charged $119.95 monthly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your product ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $119.95 at the time of shipment for each quarterly subscription Your subscription will automatically renew every 6 months. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

8. Annual Subscriptions   10 Count

Annual Subscription (also referred to as “Subscription”) consists of an 6 initial bags of Gummies containing 10 gummies per bag (also referred to as “Bag,” “Subscription bag” or “Lifestyle Bag”) and an additional 12 Bag sent out every 12 months thereafter— Your card will be authorized for $99.95 for the first quarterly subscription to confirm your card then you will be charged $99.95 every 12 months (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your product ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $99.95 at the time of shipment for each quarterly subscription Your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

9. Quarterly Subscriptions 60 Count

Annual  Subscription (also referred to as “Subscription”) consists of an  initial 12 bottle’s containing 60 gummies per bottle (also referred to as “Bottle” “Subscription Bottle” or “Lifestyle Bottle”) $199.95 for the first year once to confirm your card then you will be charged $199.95 yearly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your product ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $199.95 at the time of shipment for each quarterly subscription Your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

10. Product Descriptions

We try to make the site thorough, accurate, and helpful to our customers. Nonetheless, there may be times when certain information contained on the site may be incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that you use. We apologize in advance for any such errors that may result in an incorrect price, inaccurate description, item unavailability or otherwise affect your order. We reserve the right to correct errors (whether by changing information on the site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or to update product information at any time without notice.

11. Personal Use Only

Products are for your personal use only. You agree not to sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise receive from us in connection with your Subscription. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products to be provided to you that may result in a violation of these Terms, as we determine in our sole discretion.

12. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions automatically renew. If you’d like to cancel your Subscription after receiving your any product, make sure to do so before prior to receiving your next box; otherwise you will be billed for the next renewal . You will be notified prior to shipment and provided an opportunity to cancel your Subscription by contacting us at support@mytrue10.com and requesting the cancellation. There are no cancellation fees. We do not place “holds” or “skips” on m the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of My True 10. 

13. Shipping

We Offers free standard U.S. shipping using a carrier of our choice. Your order may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the product be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing your shipping address. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Subscriptions available to contiguous U.S. addresses only. Subscriptions are not available to be shipped internationally at this time.
